          This complaint has been filed by Deepinder Singh Sekhon against Hayana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula and Market Committee, Panchkula.  After issuance of the notice, the opposite parties have put in appearance and filed their written version.  Now the complaint is at the stage of recording evidence of the complainant.

2.      Learned counsel for the complainant states that the complainant has taken the possession of the office site on as is where is basis and therefore he does not want to pursue the complaint any further and wants to withdraw the same.

3.      In support of his stand, he has filed the affidavit of Deepinder Singh Sekhon, the complainant.

4.      In view of the aforementioned developments, learned counsel for the complainant is hereby permitted to withdraw the complaint.

5.      The complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
