ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. In this case, OP No.2 could not be served for want of correct address. So, the complainant was directed to furnish the correct address of OP No.2 but he failed to furnish the same despite grant of sufficient opportunity. On request, complainant was granted an opportunity to file an application for substituted service of OP No.2 but the application was not filed. Today also neither the correct address of OP No.2 nor the application for substituted service has been filed nor complainant has appeared to pursue his case. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
