                   Sh. K.K. Luthra, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                   Complainant suffered a statement that in the above case, earlier installment, which was deposited by me, has been adjusted by OP and In the trust of opposite party, I withdraw the present complaint. He further stated that permission may be granted to file the case afresh in condition if any deficiency is found in future.

                   In view of the statement made by the complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file the fresh case if any deficiency are found in future. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
