                   The present complaint is fixed for 29.01.2024, but it is taken up today, on the application moved on behalf of the Complainant, seeking permission to withdraw the present case.

                   At this stage, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that on the instructions of the Complainant, he withdraws the present complaint.            

                   Heard. In view of the statement by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
