Present:-      Shri Kanwardeep Singh, Complainant No.2 and Representative/Husband of Complainant No.1.

                    OP No. 1 already ex-parte vide order dated 30.11.2022.

                   OP No. 2 already given up vide order dated 30.11.2022.

 

                    Today the case is fixed for arguments. At this stage, Shri Kanwardeep Singh, Complainant No.2, by making a separate statement, has stated that the issue pertaining to double payment of the Nakha Processing fees i.e. labour cess and scrutiny fees amounting to Rs. 1,22,422/- which was wrongly paid on 20.09.2021 by him and the Complainant No.1, has been resolved by making adjustment by the Architect while seeking approval for the third floor of the Plot in question i.e. Plot No. 573, Sector -27, Panchkula; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being infructuous.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by Shri Kanwardeep Singh, who is Complainant No.2 and representative/husband of Complainant No.1, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby disposed of, being infructuous.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
