                   File taken up on an application moved by the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present case.

                   The Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that she does not want to pursue with the present complaint because no dues certificate, as desired, has been issued to her, by the OPs; hence, she withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
