COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-        Shri Abhishek Jindal, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.         

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement, stated that complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file it afresh with some additional facts.                            

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
