Complainant has made a statement that due to technical reason, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant further prayed for return the Ex.C1 to Ex.C24.

Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant duly identified by his counsel, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record.
