Present: Shri Vishal Sahni, Advocate, counsel for the complainant.
Shri Sikander Bakshi, Advocate, counsel for the OPs No.1 and 2.
Today, the case is fixed for amicable settlement between the parties and for appearance of the complainant in person. Shri Sikander Bakshi, Advocate, filed fresh memo of appearance on behalf of the OPs No.1 and 2. Shri Vishal Sahni, Advocate counsel for the complainant on the instructions of the complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the complainant vide his letter dated 05.04.2021, given to the office of Executive Engineer, Water Supply and Sewerage, Panchkula had submitted his no objection to withdraw the instant complaint, in case the Department concerned may adjust the excessive amount of Rs.2857/- in future water bills and the Department concerned accordingly, vide bill dated 25.03.2021, has adjusted the amount of Rs.2857/- duly forwarded/intimated vide letter memo No.66816 dated 13.04.2021 (copies already placed on record) to the complainant with regard to adjustment of excess amount charged amounting to Rs.2857/- by the department in the aforesaid future bill. Further stated that at present there is no grievances against the department concerned, and as such the complainant do not want to pursue with the present complaint and prayed that present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
