  1. Counsel appearing for the respondents has filed the memo of appearance. He however undertakes to file the power of attorney on or before the adjourned date.
  2.  At this stage, but before the aforementioned order could be signed, counsel for the appellant states that the respondents have already delivered possession of the vacant plot in question and under these circumstances, he wants to withdraw the appeal.
  3. Counsel for the respondents states that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and accordingly, he has no objection if the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.
  4. In view of the above, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
  5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
  7. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
