Present:       Shri Sanjeev Dhawan, Advocate for complainant.

                   Shri Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for the OPs.

                                                                            

          Memo of appearance on behalf of OP No.1 and power of attorney on behalf of OP No.2 & 3 filed. Learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement that company is ready to refund the billing amount of Rs.36,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement of case, subject to return the A.C. in question at Service Centre, Kurukshetra within a period of 30 days. Heard. In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for complainant does not want to pursue with the present case and withdraws the same. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
