ORDER

1.        This is an execution application filed by complainant/DH for execution of the order dated 15.01.2020 passed by the Hon'ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh in Appeal No.176 of 2019. The complaint bearing No.541 of 2018 of the complainant was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated 28.06.2019. Against the said order, the complainant preferred appeal No.176 of 2019 before the Hon'ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. The appeal was allowed and the impugned order dated 28.06.2019 passed by this Commission was set aside by the Hon'ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. The OPs preferred revision petition No.1092 of 2020 before the Hon'ble National Commission. The revision petition has been dismissed by the Hon'ble National Commission vide its order dated 26.08.2021, copy of which has been received and placed on record.

2.        The complainant has filed an application, received through petition box, for releasing the amount of Rs.40,000/- and Rs.5400/-, deposited by JDs with this Commission in compliance of the order of the Hon'ble National Commission dated 09.03.2021, in view of the order dated 26.08.2021 passed by Hon'ble National Commission in Revision Petition No.1092 of 2020. Perusal of the orders dated 08.06.2021 and 27.07.2021 of this Commission shows that draft of Rs.40,000/- and draft of Rs.5400/- were deposited by JDs with this Commission. Order dated 26.08.2021 passed by the Hon'ble National Commission in Revision Petition No.1092 of 2020 seen. Hence, the amount of Rs.40,000/- and Rs.5400/- alongwith upto date interest be released to the complainant namely Manjinder Singh Saini against proper receipt and identification/verification. Office to take necessary steps for release of the amount. The present execution application is disposed of accordingly being satisfied.

3.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. After compliance, the file be consigned.
