Counsel for OP No.3 has tendered a statement that he is tendering two cheques bearing No.57364 & 074356 dated 29.05.2015 amounting to Rs.47528/- & Rs.5168/- respectively  as matured amount of Group Insurance Policy  in question for handing over to the complainant and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

                        On the other hand, counsel for the complainant has also tendered a statement that he has received the abovesaid cheques  and he being satisfied with the amount does not want to pursue further with the complaint and prayed for disposal of the same.

                        In view of the statement of counsel for the parties, present complaint is disposed of  being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to concerned parties, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
