Sumer Chand vs. Haryana Gramin Bank & others.

CC No. 293 of 2015.

 

Present: Sh. Sumer Chand complainant in person with counsel Sh. Surjit Singh Saini, Advocate.

              Sh. D.C.Singla, Advocate, counsel for OP No.1.

              Sh. Rajiv Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OPs No.2 & 3.

 

                        File taken up today on the application of counsel for complainant. Counsel for OPs No. 2 & 3 has made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and  they have offered an amount of Rs. 30,000/- to the complainant as a full and final payment and same has been accepted him. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

                        In view of the statements of both the parties, the present complaint of the complainant is hereby partly allowed in terms of compromise between the parties. The OPs No.2 & 3 are directed to pay a sum of Rs. 30,000/- as full and final payment within a period of 45 days failing which complainant is entitled to get interest at the rate of 6% per annum for the defaulting period. Parties are bound by their statements recorded in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
