Learned counsel for opposite party No.3 has made a statement that they would make the payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the complainant within a period of one month. The complainant has agreed vide her separate statement and she has also stated that she does not want to proceed with the complaint. Therefore, in view of the statements of both the parties, the complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The statements of both the parties shall be made part of the order. File be consigned tot he record room, after due compliance 13/08/2015.
