Complaint Under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  None for complainant.

               Shri Amit Sachdeva, counsel for OP no.1.

               

                Today the case is fixed for notice to OP no.1. A careful perusal of the file reveals that from the previous many dates, learned counsel for complainant failed to supply copy of complaint etc. for issuance of notice to OP no.2. Case called several times since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case.

 

        Hence, in view the above discussion, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
