Sanjiv Kumar Versus Haryana Agro Agencies.

Present:     Complainant in person with Sh. Ajay Shandilya, Adv.

 

                   The complainant made statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint due to some technical defect in the same and wants to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate authority. 

                  Keeping in view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the competent court/authority.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
