JD has already made the payment as full and final settlement by way of DD which has been given to the Husband of the complainant and matter was fixed for report of encashment of the DD in the account of the DH.  None is present for DH today.  DD appeared to have been encashed.  Matter is disposed off as settled.

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
