2. At the outset, counsel for the appellant states that the complaint preferred by the appellant has since been dismissed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rewari vide order dated 07.05.2024 and under these circumstances, the present appeal has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, the appeal is hereby disposed of being infructuous.
4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
