            1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter, this commission passed an order as follows.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service.  After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. After accepting the notice, the opposite parties filed version. Thereafter case was posted for filing proof affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent, a notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this commission today to file proof affidavit. The notice of complainant was returned with endorsement “addressee left”.

              In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not filed proof affidavit to prove his case.

              In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

            Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open commission, this the 30^th day of July 2022.
