          Today, the respondents handed over a demand draft of Rs. 5,000/- to the applicant. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the applicant made the following statement

Today I received a demand draft No. 506122 dated 13.2.2019 of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand only) payable in the name of Sukhbir Singh/applicant from the resondents and my claim has been fully satisfied and now nothing is due towards the respodnents qua this case. I do not want to pursue the present execution application further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been fully satisfied.

In view of the ibid statement, the present execution is dismissed as withdrawn having been satisfied. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
