Gurdeep Singh Vs. Harmandeep Kaur & anr.

 

Present:       Complainant in person.

Reply to the application for deleting the name of Chairman/Managing Director from the array of parties filed. Copy supplied.

At this stage, joint statement of complainant and counsel for OPs recorded, vide which they reached to compromise that the insurance company OP No.2 will pay an amount of Rs.37,300/- (Rupees thirty seven thousand three hundred only) as full and final payment of the claim to the claimant within 45 days from the date of order. If the amount will not be paid within 45 days from the date of order then the OP No.2 will pay this amount of Rs.37,300/- along with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of order. Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.

Heard. In view of the joint statement, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
