          Today the case is fixed for arguments and the matter has been compromised between the parties and at this stage, the complainant has made the following statement

Stated that the matter has been amicably settled betweent the parties at the instance of repsectables and I have received a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand only) from the opposite party today in the court and now nothing is due towards the opposite party of the complainant. I do not want to purse the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint has been dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties  as per rules.  After completion, file be consigned to record room.
