Today, the case was fixed for remaining arguments, the complainant and opposite party No. 2 have already been heard. During the course of arguments Sh. Bhupinder Singh Area Service Incharge Onida Company Ltd. Amritsar has suffered a statement that the defective unit of LED has already been changed on 3.4.2016 with new one of latest model, however, in order to resolve the issue in question involved in the present complaint, the opposite parties are ready to pay Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand only) as litigation costs to the complainant.  

          As per ibid statement, the LED in question has already been replaced and the opposite parties are ready to pay the litigation costs of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand only) to the complainant and the instant complainant can be disposed off very well by paying Rs. 5,000/- as litigation costs to the complainant by the opposite parties.   

          In view of above the present complaint stands disposed off and the opposite parties are directed to pay Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand only) to the complainant within 30 days from today. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
