Heard. This is an application for restoration of petition which was dismissed in default on 27.02.2014 due to non-appearance of the petitioner as well as its counsel. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and petition stands restored to its original number. Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions states that petitioner wants to pursue the present petition. List on 21.05.2014 for admission hearing. In the meanwhile, interim order shall remain in force till the next date of hearing.
