                     In view of the statement given by the counsel for the appellant that cheque No.189902 dated 28.11.2016 of Rs.2,98,429/- has been delivered to be respondent/complainant and statement of Sh. Ashish Aggarwal, Advocate counsel for the respondent to this effect has been recorded. Accordingly, the appeal filed the appellant is dismissed as withdrawn.             

                The appellant/OP No.1 had deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- at the time of filing of the appeal and further deposited another sum of Rs.75,000/- vide order dated 29.02.2016. The registry is directed to refund these amounts along with interest, accrued, if any to the appellant forthwith.
