Present:-        None for the complainant.

                   Opposite parties already ex-parte.

ORDER:                 

                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, but none appeared on behalf of the complainant despite calling the case several times since morning. On 24.7.2015,  the Opposite Parties failed to appear and were proceeded against exparte and the case was fixed for ex-parte evidence of the complainant and since then the complainant has availed four opportunities i.e. for 8.9.2015,14.10.2015 and for today  i.e. 15.1.2016 to adduce his evidence but in vain. Today neither the complainant nor any authorized person has appeared on his behalf. It is already  2.30PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
