None for the appellant. Shri Vishnu Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent. Shri Amarpal Singh submits that he is appearing in other matters on behalf of post-office. He be granted time to inform the post office in the matter. So far as the request of Shri Amarpal Singh is concerned that he is appearing in other cases, however, in absence of any authorization he cannot appear in this matter. This appeal is pending since 2013 and no one is appearing for the appellant since long. If counsel is being really authorized to appear in this case, he should have brought authorization, therefore, without any power, he cannot be permitted to appear in the matter. Learned counsel for the respondent also opposed the prayer for marking his presence on behalf of appellant. Therefore, in view of the above, his appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution in view of Rule 11(6) (a) of the Consumer -2- Protection (Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions) Rules, 2020.
