Registered notice through speed post issued to the complainant was served on 19.09.2016 as per track report but despite service he did not appear in compliance of notice.

Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 25.04.2016, 18.07.2016, 08.08.2016, 05.09.2016 & 02.11.2016 consecutively.

It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
