Harinder Singh owner of Chahal Bricks and Tile Manufacturing Co. Village Kot Jaspat (Teja Singh Wala) Jeobala Road Tarn Taran, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran has made statement that he has already supplied 750 Bricks to the complainant who has alleged that a few bricks out of 750 were not of good quality. However the complainant has told him that the bricks were to be used for religious purpose, therefore he would send 750 more bricks of good quality to the complainant within seven days and will not claim return of 750 bricks already supplied to the complainant and same will be treated as donation from his side.
Sh. Karam Singh complainant has satisfied to the offer and statement made by Sh. Harinder Singh owner of Chahal Bricks and Tile Manufacturing Co. and has withdrawn the complaint being fully satisfied.
As the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and made their statements accordingly, therefore the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties are directed to remain bound by their respective statements. The parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
