Today, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Sh. Shree Gopal Narsan on behalf of respondent No. 1 has appeared through video conferencing.

Vide order dated 13.02.2023, service of notice upon respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has been held to be sufficient.

Inspite of sufficient service, none has turned up on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

Hence, in the absence of the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed.  No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
