ORDER

          Learned Counsel for the parties filed Memo of Compromise and submitted that as per compromise, Revision Petition may be disposed of.

          As per out of court settlement, parties have agreed that amount deposited by the Petitioner with this Commission may be equally distributed to both the parties alongwith interest and Revision Petition be disposed of.

          Consequently, Revision Petition stands disposed of in the light of terms of Compromise entered between the parties and it is held that parties are entitled to receive back Rs. 4,13,328/- deposited by the Petitioner with this Commission in equal proportion alongwith accrued interest.

          Registry is directed to release the aforesaid amount alongwith accrued interest equally to both the parties immediately.
