                    Shri Subhash Dhote, learned counsel for the appellant. Shri Alok Mishra, Law Officer of the appellant is also present.

                    Respondent is present in person.

                    Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter is settled between the parties and as per settlement, the appellant shall pay 50% of the entire awarded amount as awarded by the District Commission in Para 20 (1), (2) and (3) within one month to the respondent. In addition, the appellant shall provide facility to the complainant/respondent in

his loan account matching with the amount equivalent to the amount which has been waived of by the appellant by this order within one month from today.   

                    Respondent is agreed to the aforesaid proposal made by the appellant.

                    In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is disposed of.

                    This order shall be binding and enforceable between the parties as provided under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987
