Today is fixed for filing requisite by Complainant as a last chance.

Complaint is absent without any step. 

It is now 12-40 p.m.   On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his Advocate is found present either to take step or to file requisite.

Perused the materials on record.

It appears that Complainant is found absent without any steps on previous dates also.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                              Ordered

That this Complain Case no.84 of 2014 be and same is hereby dismissed for default

but without cost.
