          No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. On the previous date, it was stated by the proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the counsel for the appellant that the payment has already been received by the appellant/complainant and that he does not want to proceed with the appeal.  The adjournment was sought for enabling the appellant or his counsel to make a statement to that effect before this Commission.

2.      It appears that on account of having received the payment, the appellant/counsel for the appellant is not appearing before this Commission. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed in default.
