JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Sri Vijai Varma,  Member)

Case called out. None responds. None is appearing for the appellant for the last several dates. The earlier counsel for the appellant has withdrawn his Vakalatnama on 30.4.2013. Since then none is appearing for the appellant. On 6.11.2017, the parties were given the last opportunity to argue but still none is appearing from the side of the parties. Therefore, it is clear that the appellant is no more interested in the proceedings of the case and therefore, there is no option left but to dismiss the appeal.  This appeal, therefore, deserves to be dismissed in default of the appellant.
