2.         A.M.Services, Authorized Service Center for Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Cabin No.2, First Floor, SCO No.1034-135, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh, through its Authorized Signatory.

Present:           Sh.Om Parkash, Father/Guardian of Complainant.

                        OP No.1 ex-parte.

                        Sh.Anil Saini, Authorized Representative of OP No.2.

1.                     Parties appeared and Sh.Om Parkash, Father/Guardian of complainant has made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

            “Statement of Sh.Om Parkash, Father/Guardian of Complainant.

 

I have received today mobile handset in question i.e. Samsung E251 including battery from Sh.Anil Saini, Manager of OP No.2, after its repair towards my satisfaction. Hence, I withdraw the present complaint as satisfied.” 

 

2.                     In view of the statement given by father/guardian of complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
