This revision petition is filed with a delay of 159 days. The only reason given for condonation of delay reads as under:-
“The said delay has been caused due to the time taken in seeking legal opinion and in discussion held at various departmental level for finalising the matter for filing the present revision petition.”
 

            We are not satisfied with the cause shown for condonation of delay of 159 days. Revision petition is dismissed on the ground of delay.
