Present:-      Sh. Bhanu Chaudhary, Advocate, for the Complainant.

                   OP No. 1 already ex-parte vide order dated 30.11.2021.

                   Sh. Bharatendru Sood, Advocate, for the OP No.2.  

                   Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the Complainant. At this stage, Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. 

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
