Notices have already been served on respondent no. 1 and 3 and Mr. Chittarmal son of respondent no. 1 submitted that respondent no. 1 is an old person and not feeling well. He further submitted that agriculture connection has already been released to their field and now no further compliance is required. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in pursuance to direction given by this Commission agricultural connection has already been released on 12.08.2008 and thus nothing remains to be decided in this revision petition. Hence, revision petition is dismissed as being infructuous.
