ORDER

Present:-  Shri Rishabh Gupta alongwith Ms. Suman Gupta in person.

                Shri Mool Chand, Member Executive of the OP Society.  

Mr. Rishab Gupta has filed an application for substituting his name in place of Shri Devender Kumar, the  original complainant inter-alia stating that he only be substituted as LR, as Shri Devender Kumar his father has expired on 11.04.2020 and he is the nominee of the complainant. Amended memo of parties has also be filed. Heard. Application for substitution is allowed and Shri Rishab Gupta is substituted as complainant being nominee. Complainant submits that he wants to withdraw his complaint as the OP has already transferred the membership in the name of Shri Rishabh Gupta. Shri Moolchand, AR of the OP has also filed an authority letter on the record. The statement of the complainant is recorded separatly where he wants to withdraw his complaint. The matter is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to cost.
