ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to an interest at 12% p.a. on Rs.3,778/- from 15.10.97 to the date of realisation along with a compensation of Rs.500/- and Rs.500/- towardes costs of prosecution of this complaint. The opposite parties are directe4d to jointly and severally pay interest at 12% p.a. on Rs.3,778/- from 15.10.97 to the date of realisation. They shall also pay Rs.500/- as compensation and Rs.500/- the cost of this proceedings. They shall pay these amounts to the complainant within 2 months from the date of receipt of this order. I.A. filed by the complainant is disposed of holding as unnecessary in view of the Karnataka State Commission's order in appeal No.570/97. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D immediately.
