After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the State Commission with appropriate application for modification of the order or further relief. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the transfer certificate as was directed, has already been issued but the certificate for changing the date of birth of the complainant ward cannot be issued. He further submits that petitioner is facing threat of arrest as warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner for non-compliance of the order of the District Forum. In view of this position, we direct that the warrant of arrest shall not be enforced against the petitioner till the fresh application is filed by the petitioner before the State Commission for which two weekstime is granted to the petitioner. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
