File taken up today, i.e. on 11.05.2024 in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of the Complainant in Person recorded that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OP has agreed to return the amount of Rs.7,28,000/- to the complainant within a period of ten days from today. As such, the award may kindly be passed in view of the compromise.

Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 recorded that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OP has agreed to return the amount of Rs.7,28,000/- to the complainant within a period of ten days from today. In view of the compromise, the award may kindly be passed accordingly.

In view of statement suffered by the complainant and Ld. Counsel for OPs the good sense has prevailed upon the parties and they have settled the matter amicably. So accordingly, the award is passed with the direction to the OPs No.1 to 2 return the amount of Rs.7,28,000/- to the complainant within a period of ten days from today. The present complaint is accordingly disposed of. Copy of the Order be supplied to the parties, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
