Perused this record. The complainant remained absent since from the date of filing of this case i.e 2.11.21 .This notice dtd. 8.2.22 through regd post with acknowledgement  return back from the Ops without any postal endorsement .Commission has directed to furnish the correct address of the OpParties  for better appreciation of this case .bu the complaainant has not appeared  to furnish correct address of Op.

Hence this commission is after their opinion that this  complainant has no interest to proceed further in this case as such the complaint is dismissed for default with no order as to cost.

The extract copy of this order be provided to the parties on their appearance at free of cost.
