AWARD

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.01.2024, Sh.Hakam Ram, OP No.1 in person has stated that he has handed over the transfer file alongwith original RC and relevant documents to the complainant for transfer of the RC in his name and he will also assist the complainant in getting the RC transferred. Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.01.2024, Sh.Deepak Kumar, Complainant in person has stated that he has received the transfer file alongwith original RC and relevant documents from OP No.1 for transfer of the RC in his name. It has been further stated by the complainant that on transfer of the RC, he will pay Rs.1500/- to OP No.1 towards petrol and washing charges and prayed that the present consumer complaint be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat.

     In view of the statements made by the complainant as well as OP No.1, the complaint is disposed of being settled. The complainant and OP No.1 shall remain bound by their statements made on 19.01.2024. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
