Today Sh. Sumeet Singh Area Incharge of Haier Service Centre Kapurthala on behalf of OPs No. 1 to 3 recorded his statement separately in this Commission that he has brought the authority letter on behalf of OPs No. 1 to 3 and he is fully authorized to defend or compromise the present complaint on behalf of OPs No. 1 to 3 and ready to replace Haier Split AC in question of complainant with a new one of the same model and price within 15 days from today. Complainant today recorded his statement separately in this Commission that he has read the statement of Sh. Sumeet Singh Area Incharge of Haier Service Centre i.e. OPs No. 1 to 3 and he is ready to exchange his old AC with the new one as stated by opposite parties as per statement of OPs No. 1 to 3 and he withdraw the present complaint. In view of the statement of complainant and Ops No. 1 to 3, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Ops No. 1 to 3 are directed to install new Haier Split AC in question within 15 days from today and complainant is directed to return the complete unit of old Split AC to the opposite parties at the time of installation by the opposite parties against proper receipt. Both the parties will remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to record room.
