On 30.11.2022, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that as the Opposite Party No.1-company is ready to replace the refrigerator of the complainant with new one of the same make and model with same capacity within 20 days from 29.11.2022, subject to return of the old refrigerator by the complainant and the complainant agree with the same. So, I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

          In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties, free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
