ORDER:

This order is arising out of the MA being no-186/2017 in the CC no-568/2015 filed by the Complainant praying for deletion of the names and addresses of the OP nos-1, 2, 4 and 5 from the cause title of this complaint.

It is evident from the record that due to inadvertence containing similar and identical content another application has been registered by the office of this Ld. Forum being no-240/2017.  As specific order is passed in the said application, hence similar and identical order need not be passed. We have noticed that though the Complainant filed one application, but two miscellaneous numbers was given by the office of this Ld. Forum. Therefore the MA being no-186/2017 having no merit is hereby dismissed. 

Going by the foregoing discussion hence it is ordered that the MA being no-186/2017 is hereby dismissed on contest without any cost.

 Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
