None is present for both the sides. This Commission issued notice to both the parties on 07.10.2013 for hearing on 13.01.2014 as the appeal is received on transfer from State Commission, Mumbai.  No report of that notice is yet received.  However, we presume that the notice is duly served on both the parties as it is issued on correct address given in the appeal memo and in the original complaint.  As none appeared for the appellant on last date and today also, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. It be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.
